Delivery times:

All retailers are responsible for processing out their orders in a timely manner (within 2 business days). Tracking details need to be provided to ensure customers can manage their orders and for the security of the retailers. All items under Wolfed Out Collections can take up to 30 days to arrive due to many partner retailers overseas across the globe.

All orders placed on a Sunday shall be processed the next working day. 

Wolfed Out is not responsible for any items which are lost or damaged or sent as the items are from external brands. The customer would need to email the Wolfed Out Support Team at wolfedoutltd@gmail.com with their order number and tracking number, and the Wolfed Out team will liaise with the retailers to try and resolve the matter.

Sale items, ‘Wolfed out’ collaboration collections, Ambassador Programs and Promotional Code purchases are non-refundable.

Due to COVID-19 please expect a delay of a few days in your country's courier services as there is a reduced delivery service due to safety.

Returns Policy:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase then we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Sale items and Promotional Code purchases, Wolfedout Collaboration collections are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start your return, please email the Wolfed Out Support Team at wolfedoutltd@gmail.com who will support you with the return. The cost of returning items will be incurred by the customers and will be advised to return items using Tracked & Signed services.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only full priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately we do not give a refund on any of the items or promotional items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wolfedoutltd@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the delivery cost of sending out the exchanged item to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is your responsibility to manage the delivery once tracking details have been sent to you. Wolfed Out does not take responsibility for any late or lost packages. 

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

  • Billing and shipping addresses are not the same
  • Incorrect / Incomplete shipping address
  • Custom Clearance
  • High Season / Holidays
  • Order is pending due to a credit approval and verification
  • An order which requires customization
  • An order is shipped to a remote country
